worn out

it's bee like ages since a last post any line here. it's all began when my office start acquiring some assets from a company after the company went into liquidation of some kind. i need to find place to store the assets. then, came the renovation bit.well, guess who is the 'mandor' lah.

until today, the renovation still in the progress. it's been a whole-month long bit, apparently. leaving me with such a brief time for leisure.can't even find time to catch-up stories with friends other than my co-workers.some of friends even get tired now after failing 1 too many times trying to arrange a meet-up.they get bored..huhu

on the bright side though, at the renovation, there's 1 cute indon worker i cant get my eyes off.what an eye-candy.hehehe..

Good bye...

Good bye 2007, that is. it was a long walk but worth it every second. i've been through many things along the journey, the hopes, the meets, the cheats, the rejections and many other.

but nonetheless, hoping for a better year ahead

with nothing much happenings around my personal life and lack of time to blog due to work at office, i'm left with this ;

precious ones

1 of my hobbies is house deco.i can find just about anytime to go window shopping at SSF, Ikea, Macy, Living Quarters and many other places like such.and going rounds visiting show houses too. wicked eh..hehhe.but i love it.CKY shares similar hobby too.ironically, we were born on the same date, only a few years apart.we tag like twins..(err..kinda)whenever we go to these places.

not long time ago she found this shop selling old furnitures and stuff at ttdi.we went there last sunday.my oh my...there are treasures everywhere.from wall to wall. i found a few beautiful pieces that i like for my place here in KL and also for my 'vacation house' back in my ulu place.

i didnt bring much money that day.lucky me. but managed to grab a few things right away whilst another visit already in plan.for things that require thicker wallet.

can anyone help me with what's written, CKY is so 'banana' :p

this is supposedly be a fruit-display but i kinda like it to be my candle-holder instead

KLPac..finally i was there

Last nite, CKY and i went for a showcase called 'Brazillian Rhythm' by a guitarist named Ze Paulo Backer accompanied by a young percussionist Bernardo Agular.it was an hour full of rhythm indeed. and, they are both a lot yummier in person..ahhaha.only the setback was if only the young percussionist could have dressed a lil bit better.the shirt was 2sizes bigger for him.i say, chuck the shirt and just don a simple v-neck black t's he'll be a hell of a sight.what more with his 'tiap'able smile.

anyways, i got the ticket for free.and plus point was the organiser actually tak kedekut langsung providing us with finger foods and drinks after the show. sausages, sandwiches, coke, orange juice and red wine too.so we helped ourselves lah..hehhe


Earlier before the show, while at lobby CKY whined that there were not many sightly faces to drool about albeit a few for me. she always said that i have a wicked taste in man.i will gogo-gaga about men that she finds just ordinary.some are very ah beng to her.

Before we leave last nite, i couldnt help but to snap a few pictures there.she was my cameraman.or izit cameralady.it was my first time there, ok.i cant help to appreciate its serenity.CKY been there once before at nite and another time during the day.she told me it is a lot nicer there during the day. i shall come again.

CKY: bang, i sekarang meragui his kejantanan lah
me: why?
CKY: when u leave after i took photo of you with them, he was checking you out tau.
me: ahahhaha...may be because i'd just say thank you and didn't shake hand with him, kot..heheh (me...start perasan already)

Be Bold, Be Bond

i went to a concert by MPO last saturday.they played music scores from James Bond's movies.it was splendid performance.an exquisite art performance as a fren said.it was, indeed. accompanied by a british singer Mary Carewe for some songs , we were all mesmerised by her beautiful rendition.she's practically unknown to us, so she had surpassed our expectation.well, almost except for one number "Licence to Kill" which she couldn't quite make it as good as Gladys Knight.

the letter sent to us by MPO reminded us to dress sharply as there will be Best Dressed prize for the nite. "Be Bold, Be Bond" they wrote.as the dress code of the nite supposed to be of either lounge suit or batik, i went to a great length at getting a suit for my fren, nash as i didnt want to wear batik.i have this feeling, wearing a batik shirt is like soooo.. Belia 4B or that sorts.what more with our plan to go to Kg Baru for supper after the show.Like YB turun padang je.

ok, we got all dressed up in suit.with tie and all...when we saw at the lobby most of the other patrons came very casual. with blazer/jacket but most not wearing tie/bow-tie at all.a few bold ones left the the top button undone.nash n i exchanged smile of our foolishness..hehe.

after the show, we went to for supper as planned.we headed to Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa.it's been awhile since i last had nasi lemak there.lets just say, the food is fine.just fine.but i remember it tastes much better those days.

All in all, as we enjoyed the performance so much, so it's made it for the nite.the rest didnt really matter

Drama..

i knew this guy from a networking web and after a few short messages there, he asked for my hp number. i obliged as my intention was we could lepak and minum teh sometime. and i knew all along from his messages he's kinda a little drama queen.

last nite, he sms'ed me what a simple 'good nite message' i supposed became a judgemental messages

his: mmg pelik tapi benar, sy rasa sy sukakan awk. Gud nite n sweet dreams
mine:heheh... thanx. Nite :)
Not long later,
his:sy tahu ramai di luar sana menanti jawapan cinta dr dan sy sgt kerdil di kalangan mereka.tapi secebis harapan sudah ckp buat sy sentiasa menunggu
mine:mmg i single skr.br nak kenal ngan seseorang.
his:ok, harap2 dia dpt membahagiakan u.cuba lah teriam dia seadanya sbb kita semua bukan nya sempurna.
mine:you are wrong. im the 1 rejected.tapi i tahu im not at all sempurna.
his:bab 2, sy no komen.tp pd sy bkn luaran jd ukuran tp niat dn perasaan ssorg.kalu ikhlas pasti x de masalah.cuba u yakin pd diri sdiri.mungkinkisah lalu wat u jd camni.jgn.selagi ada yg sudi sambut cinta uselagi itu u harus menghargai nya.sepatutnya u lebih bijak dlmmemilih.jgn risau ok. plg penting jujur dn percaya pd diri sendiri.jgn terlalu merendah diri. i yakin dia pasti terima u jika u pun terima dia. sy hanya bg idea.

i didnt reply. this morning he sent another sms to say sorry.

his:morning.sorry la mlm td kalo u terasa.i cam bagus bg nasihat walopun diri sendiri tak sempurna.
mine:it's ok.im least intimidated by yr comment coz u dun know me.i care for comments from those around me like my frenz.they know me well.

seriously, i havent met him. only few exchange of messages and he's like taking me all that guilty.Good Lord!
